레 친치올레(Le Cinciole)는 루카(Luca)와 발레리아 오르시니(Valeria Orsini)가 가꾸는 10헥타르 포도밭으로 해발고도 430~500m 사이에 있다. 이 와이너리는 전통과 영토를 존중하면서서 고품질 와인을 생산하는 목적이 있다. 이런 이유로 르 친치올레는 원산지를 궁극적으로 표현하는 와인을 만들기 위해 유기농법을 적용한다.

와인은 갈레스트로 토양으로 된 포도밭 토양에 영향을 많이 받아 항상 우아하고 꽃과 과일향이 가득하며 활기찬 느낌과 미네랄리티를 가지고 있다. 모든 포도는 손으로 수확 후 자연 효모로 발효해 가능한 자연적인 과정을 통해 와인이 된다. 모든 와인은 20년 이상 유기농 인증을 받고 있다.

Le Cinciole is between 430 and 500 mts personally run by Luca and Valeria Orsini, and includes 10 hectares of vineyards. “The objective of our farm has always been the search for quality which respects traditions and territory. For this reason we chose to work following the organic farming in order to produce wines that can represent the ultimate expression of the territory of origin.”

The Galestro soil is the dominant factor characterizing our wines, always very elegant, floral and fruity with a bright verve and minerality.  All harvested by hand, vinified in a natural way by spontaneous fermentation. All our wines have the organic certification since more than 20 years.
